Essential Needs

The following are required to get you started with 3C CHURCH MANAGER SOFTWARE.

1. Fill the form

You must complete the forms with all of your information in order for us to set up your church.

 

2. Payment

Payment for the software is made when the team has completed the training phase and is ready to begin.

 

3. Training (6hr)

Prepare your team for intensive training on the 3C CHURCH MANAGER SOFTWARE. In this training, we go through all of the software modules with the team and then have first-hand practicals.

 

4. GATHERING

  1. Member Registration: Collect the details of members using the
    attached registration form  [Download]
  2. Department Name: Create a list of all existing Departments in the
    local church
  3. Class Names: Create a list of all existing Sunday school
    classes
  4. Zone Names: Create a list of all existing Zones
  5. Chart of Accounts: Create a list of all chart of accounts labels in
    the local church
  6. Contribution Types: Create a list of Contribution types (e.g. Tithes,
    Dues, Pledges etc)
  7. Bank Account Name: Write Bank Account Names for the local
  8. Opening Balance: Determine account balance as at start date
    church
  9. User Group:Create a list of groups with unique
    responsibilities e.g. Member registration
    team, Member Attendance team, Finance
    team 
  10. User Login:Create a list of software users (Fullname,
    Phone numbers, and Responsibility). Every user
    must have their own username and password 
  11. Sunday School
    Members :
    Create a list of members belonging to each
    Sunday school class 
  12. Department Members : Create a list of members belonging to each
    department 
  13. Activity Type : Create a list of all Activity types

5. Setup

Your local Church is setup and the Username and Password will be sent to the local Administrator.
